If you do not currently have adequate security expertise on staff, Practical Protection Associates will evaluate your company’s needs and provide a prioritized list of programs required.  Based on the priorities set, we are able to implement one program at a time, or provide retained services each month, until you are satisfied with the level of security your company has achieved.

all at no cost to prospective clients, except minimal, actual travel expenses. 

Practical Protection Associates will spend up to one full day with you and your management team in order to best understand the scope of your project, determine the best direction possible and adequately plan the entire project, including scheduling and fees.

This will enable your company to effectively evaluate the services we offer and compare our quality and value to other prospective consultants.

Our fee structure is based on an hourly fee plus disbursements. We are also able to provide a fixed cost, based on a specific list of deliverables. 

For ongoing projects or retained services where it is attractive for the client to select a fixed number of hours per month, an annual contract is available and offers a twenty percent discount on hourly fees. 

A fifteen percent management fee is attached to disbursements, and clients are invoiced monthly based on the progress of the project.

In order to limit the costs to our clients, our firm is structured with many associates and a variety of contract support personnel who can provide quality work at economical rates.  All deliverables are closely supervised by senior practitioners to ensure that our services are of the highest quality available.
